Fly Agaric (Amanita Muscaria) are found in woodlands here in the UK, usually among birch, pine or spruce.  They help trees by transferring nutrients into their roots - so  not only are they enchanting, they perform a useful function!  I painted this one from a photo I took whilst walking in  the woods at The Vyne, a National Trust property in Hampshire.

The first image is scanned and shows the most accurate colour representation (subject to the device on which you are viewing the image).
