This beautiful wolf took in excess of 30 hours to draw and I'm immensely proud of it !  I'm not sure of the exact species of wolf (Canis lupus) but I've named him Lupo.  My daughter-in-law is Italian and on one of my numerous forays into learning the beautiful language, I learnt the phrase "ho fame da lupo" which literally means "I have the hunger of a wolf" and I thought Lupo was a good name for a wolf.
