A gift certificate is the perfect present for a pet lover, whether that's for a special occasion or "just because".
Pet Portraits
Surprising the recipient with a gift certificate allows them to choose their favourite photo of their pet, often a difficult thing to do on their behalf!
Gift certificates can be purchased to cover the whole amount or can be used as part payment. If you require a different value to the options available, please contact me. Once purchased, I will contact you for details of the recipient and the date you would like the gift certificate to start.
The portrait will be scheduled once I hear from the recipient and from then on I will deal with them direct. As with commissioned portraits, the recipient will be sent images for approval before the portrait is despatched.
Gift certificates are valid for one year. The recipient needs to contact me before the expiry date but completion date can be after the expiry date.
If the value purchased is less than 50% of the cost of the chosen portrait size, this will secure a slot in my diary and the balance of the booking fee amount will need to be paid before I commence the portrait, with the balance of the total price due on completion.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete the commission, I will of course, issue a full refund.
Original Artwork
As an alternative, a gift certificate may also be used to purchase a piece of original art from my website.
Please use the contact page to let me know which piece you would like to purchase, together with the Unique Code on the gift certificate.
If the value of the gift certificate does not cover the value of the chosen artwork, I will send a link for the balance payment.
If the value of the gift certificate exceeds the value of the original artwork being purchased, no change will be given; instead a new gift certificate will be issued for the remaining balance for use at a later date.
Notes:
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
Whether a gift certificate is used for a pet portrait or to purchase art, postage (£7.50) will be payable if the value of the gift certificate does not cover the cost of the postage.
